2023 NNSP Annual Conference

Design for Change answers the age old question "why am I learning this?" We invite you to find out how students are answering this question for themselves, and how teachers are using our resources to connect core curricula to modern day social causes.

In this interactive, hands-on and experiential workshop, we will share our secret sauce and how we:

1) support teachers by making standard aligned core curriculum come alive through a ready to use digital platform and accompanying lesson plans
2) engage students by introducing social causes and leading them through a social action project using our globally recognized framework for change: Feel, Imagine, Do, Share
3) connect communities by elevating the voices of our youth and external partners, through social change podcasts
